1. Definitions

• Astrava, we, us: the operator of Astrava.live.
• Affiliate, you: the individual or company approved to join the Astrava Affiliate Programme.
• Programme: the Astrava Affiliate Programme governed by these terms.
• Affiliate Account: your account in the affiliate platform, where you access tracking links, reports and payments.
• Tracking Link: the unique link or promo code assigned to you to identify Referred Players.
• Referred Player: a person who opens a new Astrava.live account through your Tracking Link, has no prior Astrava account, passes verification and makes at least one deposit.
• Qualified Player: a Referred Player who meets the CPA criteria in Section 4.4.
• Net Gaming Revenue (NGR): as defined in Section 4.2.
• Marketing Materials: banners, logos, text, videos, landing pages and other assets we provide or approve.
• Restricted Territories: the jurisdictions listed in the Astrava General Terms, plus any we notify to you in writing.

2. Enrolment

2.1 To join, submit the online application with accurate details of your company or identity, your websites, channels and traffic sources. We may request identity, company and bank documents before approval.

2.2 We approve or reject applications at our discretion, without giving a reason. Approval is confirmed by email and activation of your Affiliate Account.

2.3 You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement in your country. You may hold only one Affiliate Account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2.4 You must keep your account details up to date, including payment details and the list of websites and channels you use to promote Astrava. Promoting through a channel not declared to us is a breach of these terms.

3. Affiliate obligations

3.1 Lawful and honest marketing. You must promote Astrava only in ways that are lawful where the audience is located, accurate, and not misleading. You must not describe gambling as a way to earn income or solve financial problems, or suggest that winning is likely.

3.2 Bonus advertising. When you advertise a promotion, you must show its key conditions (minimum deposit, rollover, expiry) and link to the full Bonus Terms. You may promote only offers we have published or approved for you.

3.3 Age and audience. You must not target, or place content where the audience is likely to be, persons under 18. Every promotion must carry an 18+ message and a responsible gambling message with a link to our Responsible Gambling page.

3.4 Restricted Territories. You must not knowingly target players in Restricted Territories, and must use reasonable geo-targeting to avoid doing so. Players from Restricted Territories do not count as Referred Players.

3.5 Prohibited methods. You must not:

• send unsolicited email, SMS or messaging (spam), or market to people who have not given valid consent;
• bid on, or use in domains, social handles or app names, the terms "Astrava", "Astrava.live" or close variations, without our written permission;
• use pop-ups, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, adware, toolbars or incentivised traffic;
• place content on sites promoting illegal activity, violence, discrimination or pirated material;
• impersonate Astrava, or present your site as our official site;
• target self-excluded persons or anyone you know to have a gambling problem;
• make any statement about Astrava's licence, payouts or bonuses that we have not confirmed.

3.6 Approval of materials. You may use our Marketing Materials as provided. Any other material that uses our brand must be approved by us in writing before use.

3.7 Compliance requests. You must remove or change any content within 48 hours of our request, and cooperate with any inquiry by a regulator relating to your promotion of Astrava.

4. Commission

4.1 You earn commission on Referred Players for the life of their account, under the plan agreed in your Affiliate Account:

4.2 Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) for a month means the total real money wagered by Referred Players across sportsbook and casino, minus the deductions below:

NGR = Wagers − Player winnings − Bonuses − Chargebacks − Payment fees

• Player winnings: all amounts paid out to Referred Players.
• Bonuses: free bets, free spins, deposit and re-activation bonuses, and other player promotions.
• Chargebacks: reversed deposits and confirmed fraudulent transactions.
• Payment fees: deposit and processing fees incurred to service Referred Players.

No separate admin fee is charged.

4.3 Revenue share. The rate is set by your total NGR for the calendar month. It applies to that month's entire NGR, not just the portion above each threshold:

• The tier resets each month. There is no earnings cap.
• New affiliates can be placed on a higher tier for their first 3 months at the affiliate manager's discretion.

4.4 CPA. CPA deals are agreed individually and are not offered by default. To apply, contact the affiliate team with a history of players you have referred to other brands and how profitable they were.

• A CPA deal requires a minimum number of Qualified Players per month, set in the agreement.
• A Qualified Player is a new, verified, real-money depositor who meets the agreed minimum deposit and wagering.

4.5 Hybrid. CPA and revenue share are not paid on the same player unless a hybrid deal is agreed in writing.

4.6 Negative carryover. A negative monthly NGR carries forward and is offset against later months. Commission is paid only once the running balance is positive. If one player's winnings create a large negative balance, the affiliate team may review it and offer an alternative arrangement.

4.7 Sub-affiliates. You may refer other affiliates through your sub-affiliate link and earn 5% of the commission they earn, added to your monthly earnings; this does not reduce their commission. This is available only to affiliates on revenue share.

4.8 Inactivity. An affiliate who refers fewer than 10 new real-money depositing players in 12 months moves to a 10% rate until activity resumes.

4.9 Commission is not payable on players from Restricted Territories, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, your own account or accounts of persons connected to you, or players acquired through prohibited methods. Playing through your own Tracking Link is treated as fraud, and commission is withheld on bonus abuse, multi-accounting, chargeback fraud or fake traffic (Section 6).

5. Payments, tracking and reporting

5.1 Commission is calculated and paid monthly, within 45 days of month end. Stats update daily in your Affiliate Account.

5.2 The minimum payout is USD 300. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next month.

5.3 Payment is made in Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency to a wallet in your name or your registered company's name. We charge no payout fee.

5.4 Before your first payment we may require a completed payment form, identity or company documents, and a valid invoice where your country requires one.

5.5 You are responsible for all taxes on commission you receive. Commission amounts are stated exclusive of any VAT or sales tax that may apply to you.

5.6 Referred Players are tracked through your Tracking Link or promo code, using cookies valid for 30 days and the player's account record. If a player registers through more than one affiliate, the last affiliate link clicked before registration receives the credit.

5.7 Our tracking and reporting systems are the final record of Referred Players and commission. You may raise a query about a report within 30 days of its issue; after that, the report is treated as accepted.

5.8 Reports show aggregated data and do not include players' personal information.

6. Fraud, withholding and clawback

6.1 Fraudulent activity includes: registering yourself, your relatives or associates as Referred Players; creating fake or duplicate accounts; generating traffic through bots or paid click schemes; colluding with players to abuse bonuses; and any arrangement to obtain commission not genuinely earned.

6.2 If we reasonably suspect fraud or a material breach of these terms, we may withhold all commission while we investigate, for up to 90 days.

6.3 If fraud or a breach is confirmed, we may cancel commission related to it, recover commission already paid by deduction from future payments or by direct claim, and terminate this agreement immediately.

6.4 We may also deduct from commission any fines, losses or costs we incur because of your breach of these terms, including regulatory penalties.

6.5 Where we are required to do so by law or by our AML/CFT obligations, we may report suspected fraud to the authorities without giving notice to you.

7. Licence and intellectual property

7.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our name, logos and Marketing Materials solely to promote Astrava.live under these terms, for as long as this agreement is in force.

7.2 You may not alter our trademarks or Marketing Materials, or use them in any way that could damage our reputation. All goodwill from their use belongs to us.

7.3 You may not register or use any domain, social media account, app or keyword that includes our trademarks or a confusingly similar term. Any such registration must be transferred to us on request, at your cost.

8. Data protection and confidentiality

8.1 Each party will comply with the data protection laws that apply to it. You must hold valid consent for any marketing you send, honour opt-outs, and keep records of consent for at least 2 years.

8.2 You will not receive Referred Players' personal data. If you receive personal data in any way connected with the Programme, you must keep it secure and use it only as allowed by law.

8.3 Commission rates, reports, business information and any terms negotiated with you are confidential. You must not disclose them to third parties, except to your professional advisers or as required by law, during this agreement and for 2 years after it ends.

9. Term and termination

9.1 This agreement starts when we approve your application and continues until ended under this section.

9.2 Either party may terminate for any reason by giving 30 days' written notice by email.

9.3 We may terminate immediately by notice if you breach these terms, engage in fraud, damage our reputation, become insolvent, or if continuing would put our licence at risk or breach any law.

9.4 We may close an Affiliate Account that has generated no new depositing Referred Players for 6 consecutive months, after 10 days' notice.

10. Effects of termination

10.1 On termination you must immediately stop promoting Astrava, remove all our trademarks, Marketing Materials and Tracking Links from your channels, and stop presenting yourself as our affiliate.

10.2 If we terminate under 9.2 or 9.4, we will pay commission earned up to the termination date, subject to Section 6. If we terminate under 9.3, all unpaid commission is forfeited.

10.3 No commission is earned on Referred Players' activity after the termination date.

10.4 Sections 6, 7.3, 8, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.

11. Liability and indemnity

11.1 The Programme and our sites are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that tracking, reporting or the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for commission lost through technical failure outside our reasonable control.

11.2 Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit or goodwill.

11.3 You will indemnify us against any claims, losses, fines and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your marketing activity, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law and disputes

12.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federation of Saint Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis. The courts of Nevis have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12.2 The parties will first try to settle any dispute in good faith by email within 30 days before starting proceedings.

13. General

13.1 Amendments. We may change these terms, including commission rates, by giving 14 days' notice by email or in the Affiliate Account. If you do not accept a change, you may terminate under 9.2; continuing in the Programme after the notice period means you accept it.

13.2 Relationship. You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.

13.3 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it to any company in our group or to a successor of our business.

13.4 Entire agreement. These terms, together with any written commission agreement and our published brand guidelines, are the entire agreement between us on the Programme.

13.5 Severability and waiver. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

13.6 Notices. Notices to us go to contact@astravaaffiliates.com; notices to you go to the email in your Affiliate Account.

13.7 Language. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails.
